NIB celebrates return of annual Gala

North Iowa Betterment kicked off a year of fun activities last Saturday, March 5, with the return of the annual Gala. This fundraiser will help to support all the community activities NIB plans during the year, including a revamped July celebration this year, as well as events for Easter, Halloween, and Christmas, plus other activities. Putting together this year’s Gala, with the theme of “Havana Nights,” were committee members, from left: Monica Main, Alicea Porter, Melissa Duve, Lisa Berggren, Erin Homsey, Megan Ostermann, Mara Frerichs, and Emily Angstman.
