The North Iowa Bison have their first win under their belts, after trouncing the Warriors at Rockford’s Homecoming football game on Friday, Sept. 20. The Bison led 57-6 and shut down the Rockford offense after a single touchdown in the first quarter.
Co-Head Coach Brad Kemnitz says the Bison got a shock in the first quarter when the Warriors made an interception that put them in scoring position. “The first quarter was a little shaky and it took a little bit,” said Kemnitz. “But our guys after that really came to play and got after it.”
