Bison Days winners

The top three finishers in the “Anything Bacon” category of the Bison Days Backyard Cook-off include, pictured from left: Derek Thilges in first place, Shelby Thilges in second place, and Kyle Eden in third place. There were eight entries in the bacon category, with cash prizes going to the top three winners.

Winners of the “Anything Goes” category at the cook-off included Alex Elbert in first place for his pork belly cinnamon rolls, Jon Burns in second place, and Derek Thilges in third place. Judges had 11 entries to choose from in the Anything Goes category.
