The Lady Bison softball team went 4-1 last week including a pair of shut-out games during non-conference action.
North Iowa started the week in Garner on Monday, where the girls took down the GHV Cardinals 7-1 after scoring six runs in the sixth inning. The Lady Bison had a great night at the plate, with 14 hits. Recording two hits each were Ava Meinders, Ashlyn Bechler, Brooklyn Price, Becca Hofmann, and Maddie Newton. Price hit a triple, and Lily Beckman hit a double. Meinders and Newton each had two RBIs, and Price had one.
