American Legion holds Christmas drawing

Eighteen-month-old Luke Edington of Britt is the winner of the annual Christmas drawing sponsored by American Legion Post 21 in Buffalo Center. He won a brand-new tricycle with detachable wagon from Murra Hardware. Luke and his mom, Amanda, were delayed in picking up his gift, as they originally planned to come to the hardware store on December 23, when a blizzard impacted the area. The Edingtons, who recently moved to Iowa from Oklahoma, signed up for the drawing at Weaver’s Leather Store. The Legion also had sign ups at Murra Hardware and Main Street Market.
